When you designate gifts for specific needs of our ministry, we will honor your request and set aside those funds for that specific purpose.

Pooling of Gifts
Sometimes it makes more sense for us to wait to make the actual purchase or expenditure until several gifts have arrived. For instance, if you give money for a desk or chair, it may make more sense for us to wait until we have a large number of gifts so that we can buy desks and chairs in bulk. This may mean a delay in the delivery of the chair or gift, but it makes our procurement more efficient.

Changing Needs
When we load our online catalog with a list of needs for the ministry, we are careful to only identify real needs. But from time to time details we cannot anticipate may change our needs. There are lots of different ways this might happen. Here is one potential example:
Perhaps we are able to take advantage of an unanticipated sale and the desks and chairs become less expensive than we orginially estimated. In this case we have extra money left over beyond that needed for the purchase.

If you check the box that allow us to redirect the funds, that will allow us to use the left over funds for another ministry purpose. If you do not check the box, we will reseve the funds until the need for additional desks and chairs are needed.
